Who are we?
We are a family of collectors who saw a need for a more personal customer service experience in the toy and collectibles world.
What do we do?
We interact through FB messenger, IG messages, Gmail, and in person at our new storefront and the occasional comic book or toy and collectibles show. We constantly search out new toys and collectibles and love to help customers in their hunt for specific items. We treat each order with care and communicate along the way. If you need something message us. We usually get back to you in less than 24 hours, if not immediately.
Why should you choose us for your toy and collectibles needs?
We are responsive, understanding, and personal in our handling of your order, but there’s more:
-For EVERY order, we take detailed pictures of the item(s) and send them to you before shipping out. You have 24 hours to let us know if you would like a replacement item for condition reasons or a cancellation and refund if we don’t have a suitable replacement.
-We package in 32 lb crush strength boxes and wrap the product gently in bubble wrap with no tape inside the box.
-Unless requested otherwise, we use priority mail shipping so packages are insured and if damage occurs during shipping a refund can be processed. Not to mention, tracking is included and we make sure packages get scanned in (we don’t put them in drop boxes as this increases the chance of a lost package and insurance never kicking in).
-Last but not least, if you live near Canton, Michigan we offer free in-store pickup and free pickup at conventions where we are vending. Just select in store pickup at checkout.
